When are MIGENIX’s fiscal quarter and year-end dates, and what
are the corresponding dates for release of results?
MIGENIX operates on a fiscal year ending April 30. Our quarterly
reporting periods end on July 31, October 31, January 31 and April 30.
Quarterly results and corresponding news releases are issued
approximately six weeks after the end of the reporting period.
When is your Annual General Meeting of shareholders?
MIGENIX’s 2008 Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held
October 31st, 2008 in Vancouver.
