MIGENIX’s responsibilities to its shareholders and employees are demonstrated by its commitment to effective corporate governance and disclosure.  MIGENIX’s board of directors has continued to further its commitment to corporate governance through reviewing existing processes and, where appropriate, developing new ones, and will continue to ensure an effective process and structure for the management of the Company at all levels.
